Expanding gastroenterology team in the Rockville, Maryland area is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their team! Work alongside a large team of physicians and APPs and receive excellent training and mentorship. Enjoy a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends and no on-call duties, and build rapport with your patients as you guide them on their health journey.

Responsibilities:
- Full-time permanent position – Gastroenterology
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 8 AM to 4 PM
- No weekends, no on-call duties, no hospital rounding
- 100% outpatient clinic role
- GI diagnostic strategies, colon cancer prevention, nonsurgical cancer intervention, nutrition consultations, remote monitoring, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner in gastroenterology or other relevant fields
- Recent graduates with gastroenterology rotations and interest in GI
- Active Maryland Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License (or ability to obtain license)
- EMR proficient
- Ability to build rapport with new patients and established patients
- Ability to adapt to new environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
