Responsibilities:

• The Physician Assistant (PA) coordinates care for a variety of patients including hospitalized and ambulatory individuals with acute and chronic conditions.
• The PA will function in an expanded practice roll to assist physician in the delivery of health care services.
• PA will take call at night and on weekends in collaboration with the physician on call.
• The PA will work in an independent and interdependent relationship with the physicians.
• The PA reports to the Clinic Director.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree
• PA Certification
• CPR/BLS

• Certification specific to area of clinical expertise
• Two years of previous experience as a PA
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products
