I-Squared Medical Group is looking for a medicine practitioner, PA or NP to join the team! You will be working with patients in our Lincoln Park office. Responsibilities include but not limited to conducting patient assessments, diagnostic testing, prescribing medications, supplements, developing treatment plans and screening patient web communications.
Our clinic also provides concierge services, IV therapy, body scans, acupuncture, massage, infrared sauna, nutrition services and a comprehensive apothecary for our patients.
*MUST- have prior background as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
*Preferred- experienced in integrative functional medicine
