Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN), which includes Manchester Memorial Hospital, is a highly regarded community hospital located in the heart of Manchester, Connecticut. We invite Physician Assistants (PA-C) to apply for a full-time position in our outpatient general surgery practice, working alongside an exceptional general surgeon. As a valued member of ECHN’s hospital-employed practice, you will provide comprehensive medical management for both outpatient and inpatient surgical patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, performing inpatient consultations, rounding on inpatients, managing pre- and post-operative care, assisting in surgeries including minor outpatient procedures, and participating in shared rotating call coverage. ECHN’s has expanded its partnership with Jefferson Radiology, which has enhanced its diagnostic radiology services in collaboration with other esteemed programs.

Requirements:
Graduate advance degree of an accredited Advanced Physician Assistant (PA-C) program with preference with 1 or more years of general/multi-surgery experience or related training experience Connecticut license, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) or soon eligible
