IMMEDIATE opening Full time, Starting pay range 170k-180k with a $30,000-$40,000 sign-on bonus
Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner: Private Practice, Orthopedics Specialty, Bakersfield, 93311
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations focused primarily on musculoskeletal care, including arthritis and fracture management
- Collaborate closely with an orthopedic surgeon and be open to continuous learning and co-management
- Be comfortable seeing at least 30 patients per day
- Thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply and may qualify for higher compensation
- Orthopedic experience is not required but is a plus
