Are you a dedicated Physician Assistant eager to make a positive impact? Grace MindCare, a pioneering outpatient mental health clinic, invites you to join our team specializing in advanced mental health services.

This is an in-person role at our Mercer Island clinic, with occasional opportunities for virtual work based on the needs of your clients. You will work in direct collaboration with our medical and mental health team, providing patient-centered care and contributing to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on innovative mental health treatment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for new patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response to therapy.
  • Provide ongoing mental health care and medication management for established patients.
  • Work in direct collaboration with our medical team, including therapists, and medical staff, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and medication management.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, community outreach and continuing education activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Washington State.
  • Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
  • Experience or strong interest in psychiatric and mental health care preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
