JOB DESCRIPTION

Park Nicollet Clinics – Shakopee is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Family Medicine team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine. This is an out-patient, same day position where you will have the ability to perform a range of acute in-clinic procedures (80%) and support in-basket management (20%).
