Full Job Description
Location: Dayton, NJ (must live within 30 mins of Dayton, NJ)
(no frequent job changes )
Visa: US Citizen and GC with excellent communication
Patient Care
· Obtain and review patient medical histories.
· Perform physical examinations and assessments.
· Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.
· Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, lab work).
· Prescribe medications and treatments.
· Provide wound care and perform minor surgical procedures.
· Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans and self-care.
· Manage patient flow and ensure efficient care.
· Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
· Communicate patient needs, diagnoses, and treatment plans effectively.
· Maintain accurate patient records.
· Stay informed about the latest medical advancements and treatments.
Education & Certification
· Bachelor’s degree (often in a science-related field).
· Completion of a Physician Assistant program.
· Graduation from a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
· National certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
· Obtained CDS License (Controlled Dangerous Substance) or willing to get one upon accepting the job offer
· Obtained DOT certification or willing to get one upon accepting the job offer
Experience
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Licensed PA
· Experience with Suturing, Splinting, IV’s and reading X-rays
· Experience in a Emergency and Urgent Care setting is must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
