OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. As a Physician Assistant, you will collaborate with physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes through effective diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as required.
- Manage patients with infectious diseases and participate in acute care settings.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as EMD’s for documentation and patient management.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient safety.
- Prescribe and refill medications as needed
- Provide referrals to specialists when required
- Assist practice physicians when needed
- Perform physical examinations/women’s wellness examinations
- Create treatment plan
- Examine patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as x rays or blood tests
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physician Assistant.
- Experience in primary care, emergency medicine, or acute care settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in medication administration and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,514.00 – $115,294.00 per year
