Full Job Description
Come join us!
Dr. Millman has been awarded HOUR Magazine Top Doc in 2023 and 2024 for his work in Respiratory disease. Less than 10 pulmonary doctors in Michigan were awarded this prestigious honor.
In September of 2023, we opened our brand-new Pulmonary office located in the heart of downtown Clawson. Our new office features 22′ ceilings, large windows, natural light and open areas, conversational style patient rooms and a great environment – truly not like any standard doctor office.
If you haven’t been to Clawson lately, you must stop by to see the incredible bustling of downtown development within the past couple of years.
Welcome to a new type of pulmonary practice….
Private practice
We actively seek creative input from our employees to always improve the patient experience.
No big hospital bureaucracy to weigh down innovative patient programs.
Small number of employees allows more hands on for our staff.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, warm-hearted licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has drive and passion to help others who have a wide range of pulmonary conditions including COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, ILD, chronic cough, acute and chronic hypoxemia.
Duties include (but not limited to)
– conducting thorough patient assessment and develop individualized care plan.
– develop own clinical practice along side Dr. Millman.
– provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
– collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
– inpatient hospital rounds at Corewell Health Royal Oak (low volume inpatient daily)
– maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and licenses required.
Join our staff in launching a new patient engagement program that works with technology to allow complete continuity of pulmonary care with our COPD, asthma, and sleep patients by working closely and collaborating with Dr. Millman and our respiratory therapist.
Hours are full time Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and one weekend a month for inpatient hospital rounds. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, creativity, and willing to work with others to provide the best patient experience and care possible.
Come be part of our growing pulmonary practice as we continue to build our well-known, highly rated patient experience practice. Only serious inquiries will be reviewed.
For higher pay rate, ideally candidates should have pulmonary experience in an office or hospital based setting.
