We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team. The PA/NP will play a vital role in providing exceptional medical care to patients of all ages. What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute adult/pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices
- Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data
- Refer to PCP and specialists when appropriate
- Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals
Qualifications
- Unrestricted and active California Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License
- Current BLS, ACLS certification
- Current California DEA certificate prior to start date
- Proficiency with EMRs
You’re Great for This Role If You Have:
- Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive patient health outcomes
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- This is a full-time, on-site position at our Los Angeles County Urgent Care Centers. Locations include: 101 Wheeler Ave, Suite B, Arcadia, CA 91006; 18605 E. Gale Ave. #168, City of Industry, CA 91748; 120 W. Hellman Ave Suite 101, Monterey Park, CA 91754; 3564 Santa Anita Ave., Unit A, El Monte, CA 91731. Hours include Monday–Friday, with 2–4 weekend shifts per month as needed.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $140,000 – $150,000 annually. This pay range represents our national target range for this role. Total compensation will be evaluated based on experience, certifications, and skillsets.
