Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current NCCPA certification
- Active or eligible for South Carolina PA licensure
- Experience in primary care/internal medicine preferred, but new grads with strong clinical rotations will be considered
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Participate in care planning, patient education, and preventive health initiatives.
