Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Aesthetic Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team at Halo Spa Center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments, working alongside experienced professionals in a luxury medspa setting. This position requires expertise in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, a strong understanding of skin health, and the ability to provide exceptional client care.
Duties
- Perform CO2 laser treatments for skin resurfacing, scar revision, and rejuvenation (CO2 laser experience is required).
- Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, and mesotherapy.
- Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures, including microneedling, RF therapy, and chemical peels.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and medical spa protocols.
- Collaborate with the medical director and spa team to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and emerging technologies in aesthetic medicine.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Active PA-C license in Florida (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine (preferred).
- Proven experience with CO2 laser treatments (required).
- Certification/training in Botox, dermal fillers, and laser therapies (preferred).
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin health, and aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a luxury client experience.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for proper documentation.
