Job Title: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA): Interventional Pain Management – Remote, TX

Position Overview:
Were seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in Texas with a passion for interventional pain management to join our collaborative team. As a mid-level provider, youll play a key role in patient care, working alongside a team of chiropractors, neurologists, orthopedists, and behavioral health providers to help our patients achieve pain relief and improved function.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans focusing on evidence-based pain management strategies.
- Provide patient education on pain conditions, treatments, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Clearly and effectively communicate with patients, medical assistants, and other healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience in pain management.
- Experience with interventional pain management procedures is a plus.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Verbal and written Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
Expectations:
- Efficient time management in a busy clinic setting.
- Timely completion of patient charting and documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours no hospital call!
- Competitive base salary, starting at $125k+, with additional compensation based on experience.
- Paid holidays, PTO, health insurance, HSA, and 401(k) after 30 days.
- Malpractice insurance, paid licensing renewals, and a CME budget included.
- Signing bonus negotiable.
