Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in clinical procedures, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal health outcomes for patients. This role requires a strong foundation in medical knowledge and the ability to perform various clinical tasks effectively.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and tube feeding.
• Perform clinical procedures such as suturing, phlebotomy, and dermabrasion.
• Assist in the management of clinical trials and ensure adherence to medical standards.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physician Assistant and valid state licensure.
• Proficiency in performing clinical procedures including suturing and phlebotomizing.
• Experience with medication administration and understanding of inhalation therapies.
• Familiarity with clinical trials and adherence to healthcare standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,781.00 – $140,681.00 per year
