PRN Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant)
Location: Austin & San Antonio, TX Employment Type: PRN (As Needed)
About the Role
Elite Recruiting & Consulting Services, in partnership with OvertureXL , is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide high-quality patient care in the Austin and San Antonio area .

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for adult patients in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments , including acute and chronic condition management.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure quality, value-based care .
- Utilize modern Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (Athena preferred) for accurate patient documentation.
- Maintain compliance with state licensure, DEA registration, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment .
✨ What We’re Looking For
✔ Education & Certification: Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program , with active certification. ✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred. Ability to work autonomously is a plus. ✔ Skills & Licenses:
- Expertise in adult primary care , chronic disease management, and preventive health.
- Active, unrestricted state license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification .
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR systems (Athena preferred) .
