What Are We Looking For? InSynch Health is on a continued path for growth. We are offering a new full-time opportunity for an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) focusing on psychiatry to join our inpatient psychiatric care hospital. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes crisis resolution, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Requirements:

Licensure: Must be licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in Texas (license in good standing) at the time of hire.

DEA License: A Texas DEA License is required.

Experience: Prior experience in psychiatry or behavioral health is REQUIRED.

Travel: Ability to travel within the Beaumont, Baytown, and Southeast Houston areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 20-25 patients per day, providing thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment.

Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Deliver care within our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric hospital, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Opportunity Details:

Salary: Starting salary of $120k – 150k (DOE) for the first year, with potential for significant salary increases in the second year.
