Mobile Primary Care Provider – Physician Assistant

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our growing Mobile Primary Care team. In this role, you will provide personalized Primary Care services to patients in senior communities throughout Southern California, ensuring they receive comprehensive and continuous medical care.
Qualifications:
- Active Physician Assistant (PA) license in California.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior patients and care teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for mobile visits.
