This position works directly with a franchised business location. The specific job duties and benefits can vary between franchises. Job Summary To provide high-quality care to all patients. To assist in directing staff in the support of the care of our patients. Willing to work weekends and evenings. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and patient interviews.
• Analyze patient symptoms, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate (within state regulations).
• Provide preventive care and counseling to patients on lifestyle and health improvement.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible – Emergency Room, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine (w/ER or UC experience)
• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate, as required
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
