Lone Star Neurology is a physician-owned neurology practice with expanding clinics throughout Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio. We are currently seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our team in Arlington. While experience in neurology is preferred, it is not required—what matters most is the candidate’s genuine interest in neurology and a passion for learning.
We have a strong track record of training new graduates, and we will provide extensive training to ensure success. The initial training will take place at our main practice hub in Frisco, where you will receive 4-6 weeks of shadowing, mentoring, and a comprehensive onboarding curriculum focused on neurology. Additionally, we offer weekly continuing education sessions, ongoing mentoring, and the support of our provider network, creating continuous opportunities for professional growth.
Under the supervision of our neurologist, you will begin by assisting with follow-up patients and, over time, will gain the independence to manage your own patient caseload. We have an established and loyal patient base and are known for our clinical excellence and exceptional patient care. We are looking for a candidate who is growth-minded and eager to help us maintain and enhance our reputation.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
