Summary
As a Physician Assistant at Wake Internal Medicine Consultants, Inc., you will be an integral part of our healthcare team in Raleigh, NC. This role is essential in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to enhance the health and well-being of our community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret medical imaging results.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Assist in various medical procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.
- Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to internal medicine.
- Experience with medical imaging techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
- Ability to manage data efficiently while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques is essential.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
