Job Description:
We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistantto join our well-respected practice within the multispecialty network known as BASS Medical Group in Lafayette, CA (East Bay – San Francisco Bay Area).
- Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established medical group comprised of 465+ providers across 42 medical specialties
- Our team includes 1 board certified orthopedic surgeon, 5 physical therapists, and a tenured support staff comprised of medical assistants and scribes
- We provide full spectrum general orthopedic services, and our providers have privileges at multiple surgery centers and hospital ORs near the clinic
- Flexible full-time and part-time schedules can be accommodated
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of surgical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- CA state licensure and board certification is required

The BASS Medical Group is a physician and patient centric multispecialty group whose purpose is to maintain physician autonomy and financial security within the construct of a large medical group. Beginning with approximately 50 doctors in the Walnut Creek area in 2014, we have grown to 465+ providers across 42 specialties in our 128 locations throughout Northern California, and look forward to expanding our reach in the future.
Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary for this role is $155,000 – $195,000 for full-time in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
