Our current medical system is deeply flawed, but there is a better way. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the solution.
Our direct-pay (no insurance) family medicine clinic is growing. In addition to expanding services for our normal clinic hours, we are starting an after-hours clinic soon. We are looking for an experienced physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) to join us. Full-time preferred, but part-time is an option.

In addition, working in our clinic is great because we do not have to deal with things like prior authorizations, insurance coding/billing requirements, corporate protocols, so-called quality measures, etc.
Texas license, DEA registration, and BLS certification are required. Must be comfortable seeing all ages, handling both acute and chronic conditions. Urgent care experience is a benefit.
Location: Magnolia, TX. Located northwest of Houston, it is a small, but growing town that is close to many attractions
Hours: Full-time (4.5 days a week M-F, plus rotation of Saturdays (1/2 day)). Hours include typical daytime shifts as well as evening shifts (approximately 5-9pm) for after-hours clinic coverage. Part-time is an option Call: No call Pay: Base salary plus productivity plus bonus for after-hour patients
