Physician Assistant (PA) – Urgent Care & Primary Care
We are a well-established medical facility in Northern Virginia seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled PA with a strong background in Urgent Care and Primary Care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to to mostly adult patients
- Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, including acute illnesses and chronic disease management
- Perform basic urgent care procedures, including suturing, incision & drainage, and splinting
- Work independently while collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and wellness strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Experience in Primary Care and/or Urgent Care (1+ years preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and excellent bedside manner
- Ability to manage a diverse patient population, including adults, families, and women’s health
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced medical setting
