Porch Light Health is looking for a certified Nurse Practitioners and or Physician Assistants to work in the specialty of Addiction Medicine. This job is 40 hours per week, clinic-based, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The medical Provider will see patients in clinic as well as via telehealth. This job involves travel to clinic sites in Colorado Springs, CO. You would be helping persons suffering from addiction or substance use disorder such as alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines, etc. No prior addiction medicine experience is necessary. Emergency Room, Primary care, or psych experience is helpful. Must have an interest in helping underserved populations and be willing to learn new concepts. Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000 -$125,000 per year. The base salary offered will depend on various factors such as Education, Experience, Geographical Location, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.

Work Hours: Tuesday- Saturday – In Clinic 8:00am-4:30pm
Work Locations: Colorado Springs and occasionally Pueblo, CO on Saturdays (if needed)

- Certified Nurse Practitioner or PA certification
- license to practice in Colorado
The expectation is for this position to be filled by 12/31/24.
