About us

South Hills ENT is a small private ENT practice in Bethel Park, PA with offices at Jefferson Hospital.

Busy Ear, Nose, and Throat Practice in the South Hills of Pittsburgh is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform office based care and join our team!

Duties include:- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans working both autonomously and in conjunction with physician.- Provide primary Ear, Nose, and Throat care to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and seniors- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed. Interpret diagnostic exams and assist with communication with patients and families regarding test results- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, surgical procedures, postoperative care, etc.- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications- Valid Nurse Practitioner/PA license in PA- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physicians Assisting from an accredited program- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty area- New Graduates welcome to apply- Willingness to learn procedures regarding the head/neck and care of the patient within the confines of scope of practice.- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices- Ability to triage patients based on acuity level and prioritize care accordingly- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
