What This Role is Not This position does not operate within a fee-for-service model. We are committed to moving away from the traditional fee-for-service approach to embrace a more sustainable and value-driven framework. The Provider will receive a competitive base salary, complemented by incentive pay tied to performance metrics in value-based care, rewarding high-quality and patient-centered outcomes.
Compensation Package Highlights:
- Base Salary: $150,000
- Incentive Bonus: Up to $30,000 annually
- Relocation Assistance: $20,000
- Loan Repayment & Sign-On Bonus
- Profit Share Potential: 6%
- 5 day, M-F, 40 Hour Week
- Combination of patient hours, team collaboration and process design
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- At least 2 year of Primary Care experience as a PA or NP required
- 3+ years Primary Care experience preferred
- Passion for Primary Care required
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient’s confidentiality
- Compassionate and approachable
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Attend work regularly and on time
- Valid Oregon License.
- Demonstrated care team delivery model experience.
- Proven ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions in a clinical environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate the occasional lack of clarity related to building a modern healthcare delivery system in partnership with the payer.
- Experience with value-based care models or alternative payment systems.
- Familiarity with the use of health technologies (e.g., telemedicine, patient engagement platforms, AI).
- Strong track record of enhancing patient satisfaction and outcomes (as evidenced by these examples: HEDIS, RAF, NPS scores).
