Full Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Physician’s Assistant (or nurse practitioner, see separate job) for our clinical research site. Hours can be flexible as we already have partial coverage from an NP and MDs, and max out at up to 20-25 hours per week (8:30am to 5:00pm). Weekend availability is appreciated.
Working in research can offer you a better quality of life and less stress than most clinical environments (as patients aren’t fearful, schedules are more relaxed, etc.).
Prior experience in clinical trials (especially as a sub-investigator) is preferred, but we are happy to train a promising candidate.
Duties:– Perform physical exams on research study participants- Discuss the studies with subjects (we will train you on subjects)- Monitor participant safety and report any adverse events or protocol deviations- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study progress and regulatory documentation
– PA License to legally practice in Arizona– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
– Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines for clinical trials- Experience in phlebotomy and blood sampling techniques- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Pay: $50.00 – $80.00 per hour
