COMPENSATION, SCHEDULING, AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FOR URGENT CARE FNPs & PAs:
- Hourly base + daily patient volume incentive opportunities (can add several hundred dollars per day!) + 2 hours of added pay for solo shifts + daily 2X OT policy = your opportunity to be amongst the TOP NP/PA EARNERS in the entire LA Metro!!!
- Per-patient volume incentive of $30/ea. for each patient treated above established threshold.
- Work fulltime only three days per week.
- Opportunities for added shifts/overtime for incredible added earnings.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED OF FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONERS (FNP) AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS (PA):
- Minimum of 1-year of NP/PA clinical practice experience in an urgent care or emergency room setting. (Sorry, we are unable to consider candidates who do not meet this minimum.)
- NPs: MSN-FNP Degree + AANP or ANCC Board Certification
- PAs: Physician Assistant Studies Degree + NCCPA Board Certification
- California NP or PA Licensure
- California Furnishing License (NPs only)
- DEA Certificate with California address.
- Proficient at IV access for blood draw and administering drugs.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
