Overview:Our client, a reputable Orthopedic Surgery Center in Lone Tree, CO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Physician Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic outpatient setting, specializing in spine and musculoskeletal conditions. You will play a critical role in helping patients manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical exams, to diagnose and manage spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, focusing on non-surgical and minimally invasive interventions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging and lab work to guide clinical decisions.
- Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinic operations, including preoperative and postoperative care as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado.
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics, spine care, or pain management.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
