Job Title:Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary:

In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for adult patients (18 years and older). Duties:
– Perform comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories.
– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
– Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary.
– Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
– Utilize telehealth services for remote patient consultations when applicable.
Experience:
– Proficiency in medication administration.
– Skills in health coaching for patient education.
– Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual consultations.
-Experience in neurology is a plus
