Psychiatric Prescriber – Physician Assistant (PA) Company: Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) Openings are across Minneapolis, St. Paul, St. Louis Park, Brooklyn Center, Apple Valley, West St. Paul, and Hudson, Wisconsin.

ACP is seeking a full or part-time Psychiatric Prescriber to join our robust team of experienced mental health professionals. ACP offers providers the opportunity to work at a collaborative practice where our diverse service offerings allow for comprehensive client care and provider-to-provider consultation. Our 7 Outpatient Clinics offer a wide range of services from therapy, psychiatry, psychological testing, and a State Certified DBT-IOP program. In addition, we also offer Community and School-Based services, as well as providing on-site services in Nursing and Assisted-Living Facilities through our Geriatrics Division. Responsibilities:
  • Assessing the psychiatric needs of clients, provide diagnostic assessment and evaluate for medication.
  • Ongoing medication management services for clients as indicated.
  • Consultation and care coordination with other mental health providers at ACP.
  • Attend and participate in monthly provider meetings and case consultation.
Requirements:
  • Current license with the state of Minnesota Medical Board
  • Authorization from the MN Medical Board to prescribe drugs and therapeutic devices
  • Active license through DEA to prescribe and dispense controlled and legend drugs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Proficient in the use of computers; experience with Electronic Health Records is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Starting Pay: $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
