Mountcastle Medical & Med Spa, located in Lillington, has grown quickly and is thriving since opening in August 2021. We offer competitive pay, benefits, time off, 10 paid holiday, CME allowance, reimbursement for licensure. Sign-on bonus is available.
We are an independent practice specializing in Family Practice, Addiction Medicine, and Pain Management. Our second office, which is a full-service medical spa is set to open February 2025. Our providers are adapt in a large variety of Interventional Pain Medicine Management and Orthopedic procedures which are utilized to quickly improve patients’ pain and quality of life. We also provide Med Spa services including laser services, hormone replacement pellets, therapeutic IV hydration, neurotoxins, dermal filler, PRP injections, and medical weight loss.
