Full time Physician Assistant needed for busy Interventional Pain Management physician in South OKC

Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant position include but are not limited to:

  • Examining and treating new and follow-up patients in clinic setting
  • Taking medical histories, initiating and completing patient assessment plans
  • Ordering laboratories and diagnostic studies
  • Ordering and prescribing appropriate medications, maintaining timely documentation and providing pre and post-operative care
  • Assisting physician during surgery and completing discharge summaries as requested by physician.

Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with patients and co-workers.

Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.

Requirements

  • Active Physician Assistant licensure required in the State of Oklahoma.
  • Active APRN license required in the State of Oklahoma
  • EHR experience (Epic) preferred but not required
  • New graduates will be considered
