Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Provider to join our Allergy Practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals of all ages and will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in our multiple locations across the Treasure Valley. We specialize in Allergy and Immunology focusing on finding affordable long-term relief for our patients. Come work alongside five caring Providers who are there to help when cases get tough.
Highlights:
- No Call Requirement
- Status: Part-time to Full-time as desired for the right candidate
- Schedule: Set schedule 8:30 am – 5:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break. Rotating Saturday schedule 8:30 am – 12:30 pm, every 3 weeks (shared with other mid-levels)
- Competitive salary $85,000 – $105,000 (negotiable, based on experience) plus a Productivity bonus
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to individuals with allergy and immunology needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Manage and direct staff through treatment of Anaphylaxis.
Qualifications
- Current Idaho Medical License, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Strong skills in patient monitoring.
- Knowledge of hospice care practices and long-term care environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- BLS Certification for Providers is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mentality are essential for success in this role.
