Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment with a diverse patient population, ranging from infants and children to adults and seniors, including Medicare patients. The PA will manage a mix of empaneled patients and acute care visits while contributing to the growth and accessibility of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and geriatric populations.
- Deliver inclusive and affirming care to LGBTQ+ patients.
- Conduct independent patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments while collaborating with the physician-owner to ensure the highest quality care.
- Manage a panel of patients, ensuring continuity of care and preventive health maintenance.
- Address acute care visits and support same-day access for patients.
- Collaborate with the physician and team to develop treatment plans and address complex cases.
- Actively contribute to the practice’s growth by building strong patient relationships and maintaining exceptional standards of care.
- Participate in administrative tasks as part of the built-in schedule, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up care.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Licensure to practice in the state of Texas.
- Current malpractice coverage or ability to obtain appropriate coverage to practice in family medicine outpatient clinic
- Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working with patients across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatric individuals.
- Strong commitment to providing inclusive, high-quality care to diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
