ApproXie Urgent Care is growing and seeking caring, dependable, and energetic advanced practice providers to join our team in Huntsville, AL Madison, AL Athens, AL and other locations. We are also looking for leaders who are interested in advancing their careers into management or administrative roles as we expand.
What can you expect as a full-time team member?
- Fast-paced urgent care with well-trained and abundant support staff.
- 30-40 hours of rotating 10-12 hour weekday shifts and shorter weekend shifts.
- Rotating weekend shifts every other weekend. Saturday 8am -4pm & Sunday’s are 8 am – 2 pm.

- We make sure our providers have enough support staff.
- We take our last patient 15 minutes before end of shift.

What’s required?
- 1 Year of related experience in urgent care, family practice, internal medicine, or emergency medicine; OR a strong letter of support from previous attending if less than 1 year; AND the ability to practice independently without onsite supervision
- 2 year contract for full-time provider
- State License needed before commencement
- BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute illness and injury
- Administer injections and perform basic life support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing patient information.
- Collaborate and lead team members to provide effective health coaching and patient care.
- Utilize medical terminology and EHR systems to document patient interactions and treatments.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
