StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with one of the large healthcare systems in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro to assist them with recruiting a dedicated and highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their exceptional team of Cardiology specialists. Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
- Must be board certified NCCPA or AANP/ANCC with valid state license
- Established outpatient only practice
- Monday – Friday schedule
- Limited call via phone from home
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with complex cardiology conditions.
- Perform preoperative evaluations, including history and physical exams, diagnostic testing, and patient education.
- Monitor postoperative recovery, including managing complications and providing patient education on care protocols.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab results, imaging studies).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the treatment process, providing emotional support and guidance on managing chronic conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical guidelines, best practices, and safety protocols.
Seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) that will focus on multidisciplinary care of complex cardiology patients and support our cardiac surgical team. This high volume practice provides advanced surgical procedures to complex cases and are involved in some of the nation’s leading research and teaching in the field.
As an outpatient APP, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care across the spectrum of complex cardiac conditions, including preoperative assessment, postoperative care, and long-term follow up. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of surgeons, Advanced Practice Providers, medical staff, and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome and experience for their patients.. Pay: $115,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
