Full Job Description
Job OverviewWe are a small, boutique style private practice serving the LGBTQ community. Our focus is on patient care and giving all of our patients a warm welcome and superior customer service experience. We are the highest ranked LGBTQ private practice in the Southeast and all our employees pride themselves on delivering exceptional care. This is an all-star team; we will accept nothing less.
We see our patients often, get to know them well, and in return, they get to know us. There is a great sense of community and the relationships that form serve as the underpinning to excellent care. - Educate patients about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies. The focus in primary care is on the relationship; therefore fostering excellent relationships is of the utmost importance.

- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols related to LGBTQ care.
- Exceptional fund of knowledge; you will be tested in your interview with both complex cases and typical daily presentations we see in clinic. Your strength as a clinician hinges on your critical thinking skills and knowledge base.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
