As we expand our team, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner to join us in delivering top-notch medical services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient examinations, including medical histories and physical exams.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays.
- Develop and implement patient management plans.
- Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications:
- Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the state.
- Graduation from an accredited PA /NP program.
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a primary care setting.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
