Role Description: We’re seeking dedicated Medical Providers to join our integrated clinic in Eugene, Oregon. Whether you’re an MD/DO, PA, or NO, we’re looking for passionate individuals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
