Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide outstanding pediatric urgent care services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical exams and document patient medical histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, imaging).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications.
- Perform procedures such as suturing and administering injections.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and lifestyle management.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in VA.
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited PA or NP program.
- Skills: Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical documentation.
- Experience: Prior experience in pediatrics or pediatric urgent care preferred; proficiency in electronic health record systems like ECW.
- Certifications: PALS and ACLS certification (Required).
- Language: Spanish proficiency preferred to serve diverse patient populations.
Job Details:
- Expected Hours: 10-25 hours per week.
- Schedule: Flexible shifts, including rotating weekends (10-hour or 5-hour shifts). Evenings and Weekends
