Our client is a prestigious dermatology practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to their elite clientele. Their team of experts specializes in cutting-edge medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology services, delivering personalized treatment plans to meet the highest standards of care. We are seeking a skilled and professional NP or PA to join our client’s team and contribute to their mission of excellence.
The NP/PA will work closely with board-certified dermatologists to provide comprehensive dermatologic care to a discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will have experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and maintain a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough skin assessments, diagnose dermatologic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct in-office procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and laser treatments, under physician supervision as needed.
- Provide cosmetic dermatology services, such as Botox, dermal fillers, and chemical peels, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
- Educate patients on skincare, preventative measures, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with the dermatology team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Uphold the practice’s commitment to discretion, luxury, and superior patient care.
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in New York.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in dermatology (medical and cosmetic experience preferred).
- Exceptional skills in patient care, communication, and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge of the latest dermatologic treatments and cosmetic procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-touch, personalized care.
- Experience working with high-profile or elite clientele.
- Proficiency in cosmetic dermatology procedures, including injectables and laser treatments.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in dermatology.
Please note- The annual base salary range is $130 to $175k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
