An established primary care practice in Lakeland, FL is seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanish) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality primary care services to patients. This position offers a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere with experienced providers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health conditions, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
Requirements:
- Active licensure as a PA or NP in the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure).
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- A passion for providing excellent patient care in a primary care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment; training is available for the right candidate.
Schedule and Benefits:
