Position Overview:
a premier medical spa in Boca Raton, Florida, is seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team as an Injector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic medicine and a proven track record of administering neurotoxin treatments such as Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious spa environment while delivering exceptional results to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform consultations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) to address clients’ aesthetic goals, such as reducing wrinkles and fine lines.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment history and follow-up plans.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques, trends, and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and medical protocols, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for clients.
- Collaborate with the spa’s medical director and team to deliver comprehensive wellness and aesthetic solutions.
- Promote additional spa services and products to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Florida.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, specifically with neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin).
- Certification: Advanced training and certification in neurotoxin injection techniques preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess client goals and provide tailored treatment plans.
- Commitment to client satisfaction and safety.
Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane).
- Knowledge of other aesthetic treatments, such as microneedling, chemical peels, or laser therapy.
- Previous experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting.
