Are you a Physician Assistant looking for an opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit team in a growing specialty practice? Alamance Ear, Nose, and Throat, LLP is seeking a dedicated PA to join our small, family-oriented practice. No nights, no weekends and no on-call.
About Us:
We are a private ENT practice with two office locations in Mebane and Burlington, North Carolina. Our team includes five ENT physicians, a dedicated audiology department with an onsite audiologist, and an allergy clinic staffed by an experienced allergy nurse. We are seeking a PA to help support our growing practice and enhance patient care. The PA will always work with a physician present in the office to provide support and collaboration as needed. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care in a welcoming and collaborative environment.
Position Details:
Primary Location: Once trained, the PA will primarily work at our Mebane office, with occasional coverage in Burlington as needed.
Training: Initial training will primarily take place at our Burlington office.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed for lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).
Responsibilities:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Independently see patients in the clinic providing otolaryngology care with support from a dedicated medical assistant for rooming, ordering, and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with our ENT physicians, who will be available to provide guidance as needed.
- Communicate with nursing staff and collaborating physician / specialist regarding patient care
- Chart daily visit notes in EMR in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
A valid Physician Assistant license is required.
Preferred: Prior experience in an ENT clinic.
Open to: PAs interested in transitioning to or exploring the ENT specialty.
