Adult Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that has Dermatology/Aesthetic medicine experience to help in our expanded clinic. We also cover a small state of the art surgical hospital and will need help covering some overnight shifts. There are no ICU patients with mainly post-op patient care.
Our expanded clinic is new and we currently have a growing weight loss clinic. We would like to meet someone that has a vision for growth and insight on how we can achieve this together.
Responsibilities
- Examine patients and their medical records
- Interest in Dermatology/ Aesthetic Medicine
- Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
- Prescribe medications
- Maintain accurate records and schedules
- Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
- Oversee patients’ overall health
- Promote good health practices
- Advance professional knowledge and conduct research
Skills
- Proven experience as Nurse Practitioner in a clinic, hospital, ER or other setting
- Dermatology/ Aesthetic Medicine experience
- Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ethics
- Team spirit with a positive attitude
- Patience and cool-headedness
- Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
- Valid nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- ACLS Certified
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
