Job SummaryWe seek a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including medical offices. This role involves working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive medical services to patients, including clinic consultations and evaluations.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education on health management and preventive care.
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Utilize telehealth technology to conduct virtual consultations when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred; experience with MDS is a plus.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
