Are you a compassionate healthcare professional looking for a flexible role where you can make a meaningful impact? We seek a group of dedicated Traveling MDs, Nurse Practitioners, or Physician Assistants to provide mobile patient visits in the Los Angeles County, CA. This role offers the opportunity to directly provide personalized, quality care to patients wherever is most practical for them.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mobile visits to assess and treat patients, ensuring a high standard of care.
- Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to deliver comprehensive and coordinated services.
- Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and progress.
- Educate patients and their families on health management practices and preventive care.
Requirements:
- Valid medical license in the state of California.
- Board certification in your respective specialty for physicians; certification for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Experience in home health, primary care, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide high-quality care in a home setting.
