ROLE OVERVIEW * *
We are seeking a per diem Physicians Assistant for our outpatient office in Fairport/Perinton. While a background or interest in orthopedics or musculoskeletal care is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
Our mission is to help as many people as possible live long, pain-free lives. This position offers a great opportunity to earn extra income, working 6-8 days per month with the potential for additional hours based on your availability.
There are no night shifts, on-call duties, weekends, or holidays. While experience is a plus, it is not required as we provide training for the right candidate.
The primary responsibilities of the Physician Assistant include conducting new patient exams, consultations, and administering joint injections for individuals suffering from chronic joint pain, primarily in the knees, hips, and shoulders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and follow protocols and guidelines established by medical advisors
- Chart appropriate to complexity of problem
- Follow up and evaluate outcomes
REQUIREMENTS
- Physicians Assistant degree and NY license
- Confidence to work on your own
- Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills
- Comfortable with basic computer skills
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience with joint injections
- Experience with blood draws

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70.00 – $105.00 per hour
